By downloading, installing, or playing Chordfall ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Chordfall on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. The app, its code, artwork, sound, and name remain the property of the developer and are not open-source; you may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from it without written permission.
You agree not to:
Chordfall works with your microphone and stores calibration and progress data locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for your device, your internet connection, and any hardware (such as your guitar) you use with the app.
The app may update itself (including over-the-air content updates) to fix bugs, improve gameplay, or add features. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated app.
Chordfall is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of chord detection, or uninterrupted availability. Recognition accuracy depends on your instrument, microphone, and surroundings, and is not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
These terms may change; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
